Metro Vancouver Housing – 100 Buildings

We provided building conditions assessments and capital planing services for approximately one hundred buildings (apartment buildings and townhouses) in sixty locations for Metro Vancouver Housing. This project was completed in 2017-2018 under a tight schedule individually by Adrian Walsh in a nine month period.

BC Housing Portfolio – 400 properties

Adrian Walsh has provided building condition assessments and capital planing services for approximately four hundred properties (apartment buildings and townhouses) in various locations throughout British Columbia.

Co-operative Housing – Vancouver

AWQS Consulting have provided reserve fund studies for Mau Dan Co-operative housing and capital plans for two other co-operative housing projects in Vancouver. These plans have enabled the co-ops to establish the correct rents to meet their needs, maintain the buildings and continue the existence of their beloved communities.

St. Phillips and St. Stephens Church – Vancouver

AWQS Consulting have provided building condition assessments and capital plans for these two Churches in Vancouver. These plans have enabled the churches to obtain funding from their community in order to maintain the buildings and continue the existence of their beloved communities.

Blaylock Estates – Nelson

AWQS Consulting have provided a building condition assessment and a depreciation report for the strata located in Nelson.

The depreciation report is being used by management to provide financial coverage for the forecasted capital, repair and maintenance expenditures on a building. This enables the strata establish their strata fees and maintain a fair distribution of costs between present and future owners.
